How we work together
A personal brand shoot typically takes three hours. This allows plenty of time for different styles, headshots, working environment, brand elements etc.
Here’s how it works:
1. Consultation: book in your free 30 minute online discovery call so we can discuss your requirements.
2. Location, location, location: I am based in Bacup, which is nestled in the Rossendale Valley in East Lancashire and work within a 90 minute radius of this area – if you’re a little further afield, please get in touch and see if we can arrange something. We’ll decide together the location of your shoot, you might already have somewhere in mind, or I can offer some suitable locations.*
3. Pre-shot prep: A few weeks before your shoot, we’ll have another chat together to chat through any ideas for specific shots and I’ll send you my pre-shoot prep guide to help you prepare for the day. We can also collaborate together on your own Pinterest board for brand inspo and ideas.
4. On the day: It’s time for your shoot! Allow me to take all the pressure off, all you need is to decide on the outfit, hair and makeup! I’ll take care of all the positioning, placement and locations for your photos. I’ll even take some ‘behind the scenes’ shots which can also be fun to use in your branding!
5. Preview: After our shoot you’ll receive an initial preview gallery where you can hone down your list of desired shots. These will be pre-editing, so it’s also the time to notice if there’s anything you’d like to edit in the photos – although I am not an ‘airbrushing’ fan and I like to keep things real, we all have those little things we might want to adjust!
6. Final image library: One those all-important final images are chosen, the editing begins! I’ll provide you with a final library of high-resolution, print quality images and web-suitable images ready for you to use! You’ll also still have access to the original gallery, should you choose at a later date to purchase any other images.
Investment: Brand photography shoots start from £495, depending on location, the amount of images and photo styles you require. I’ll provide a more information when you book your free discovery call.
*if the space you’re looking to use needs to be hired, you’ll be responsible for the payment of venue hire. You can do this directly, or I can manage this for you and include in my final fees.

Prices start at £595 for a Snap Shot mini brand photography session which typically lasts about an hour and a Storytelling Spotlight brand photography shoot starts at £795 which most people choose lasts 3 hours.
I understand that sometimes you just need something simple and updated headshots are always a must – especially if there’s a new hairstyle or significant change in your personal appearance that you want to express. You are the face of your brand after all!
If you are looking to showcase how it feels to work with you and what transformation your customers can achieve by working with you a Storytelling Spotlight Shoot is for you.
Typical British weather can always throw its surprises, so I recommend an initial photo shoot indoors, just so we can make sure you get those shots you really need. However if you do work outdoors and this is more of a priority, then I’d always recommend finding a location where there’s some shelter so we’re able to keep to our shoot date – but we’d make a call about this together a few days beforehand.
I always prefer to work with clients long term, helping them build their brand photography story and image bank as they grow so the Storytelling Spotlight Journey is the package for you with 4 photoshoots over a 12 month period.
