Here are some more Studio Still Life Fashion images – these were concentrating on shoes and accessories.  For these images I worked with Stylist Donna Russell and the idea for these was to create some editorial shots that would be found in the weekend supplement of a weekend newspaper.

For both of the images, like the recent blog post of the Original Penguin Ties I choose to shoot with a retained background, which I feel adds depth to the images by the shadows being present in the shot.

Men's Shoes and Belt - Studio Still Life Fashion Photography

For the above image, the idea was to combine an additional accessory with the shoes, and we both felt that this worked well together without hiding too much of either product.
